The third and (for now) final installment of the miniseries aims to raise awareness about the glassmaking tradition in our country and the role glass can play in dining. This time, Ladislav Špaček talks with Otakar Žoudlík, one of the leading Czech sommeliers and an ambassador for the glassworks, about how to set a festive table – perhaps even for Christmas Eve, what shape of glass suits which wine, or even what students used to drink from during their school days.
