Delivery Methods
Within the Czech Republic and Slovakia, we offer delivery to an address or pick-up point. You can also pick up your order for free directly from the glassworks store. For other EU countries, the only delivery method is via courier to your address.
Delivery Guarantee
We ship your goods within 1, or at most, 2 business days after receiving the order, with the vast majority of shipments delivered within 3 working days. Internal statistics show that the average delivery time within the Czech Republic and Slovakia is 2.6 days after ordering. The expected delivery time within the European Union can be tracked on the map.

At Květná, we approach each order individually, considering its specific characteristics. We analyze your order to choose the ideal packaging for it. We believe that customer satisfaction and environmental protection are values that do not have to exclude each other but can complement each other perfectly.
We ship packages using various packaging techniques to ensure your parcel reaches you safely without burdening the environment unnecessarily. In 90% of cases, you will not find plastic among our packaging materials. If plastic is used, it is typically recycled (and further recyclable) material that we did not purchase but received (e.g., bubble wrap, air cushions). In addition, for some orders, we use starch-based packing materials, which are easily biodegradable.

Ecovision
We take great care with every order, which we are proud of. We use packaging techniques and materials that ensure maximum safety for glass transport while minimizing unnecessary environmental impact. We also encourage you to reuse the packaging materials you receive with your goods, trying them out and finding ways to avoid waste. Boxes can be reused for storage or as moving boxes, and paper can serve as packing material (for moving, drying shoes, painting protection, or as a drawing pad for kids). Starch-based packing materials work great if you need to send fragile items by mail, as well as bubble wrap or air cushions. Thank you for being part of this effort with us.

We are happy to ship parcels to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Croatia, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Austria, Romania, Greece, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden. After completing your order, select the desired destination from the expanded list at checkout. We will automatically calculate the shipping cost for your package.
